project brief
This model was made as a group project in which I took an organizational and leadership role within the team to maintain the schedule.
The mechanism for this model was designed in Rhino 7 and 3D printed. For the purposes of the brief, the mechanism didn’t need to withstand time and wear so it was able to be SLA printed, acting as a proof of concept.
The fine detailing and text were 3D printed on thin bases and blended into the surfaces with filler.
The paint finish was made to look as aged and dirty as the real jack, using the real one for reference.
